Private Yoga sessions are all about you. They can be done in person or online. We will use your feedback along with my background in mind/body sciences to identify and readjust structural and emotional habits that may be causing pain or throwing you off balance. My aim is to get you back to doing more of what you love in life.
Sessions are 60 minutes in person 45 minutes online. At the beginning of class we’ll do a check-in to make sure we’re addressing current challenges and goals. We will look to see if your system is overwhelmed or underwhelmed, if your posture supports healthy physiological functioning and if your habitual movement is nourishing or depleting. We will utilize well-aligned yoga poses, meditation, breath work, gait analysis, and therapeutic muscle releases.
If you are willing to do homework, you will receive exercises and action steps to experiment with. If your hour on the mat seeps into your day-to-day life, you will be prone to marked transformation.

GROUP YOGA CLASSES
I believe in our deep desire and innate ability to grow. I believe awareness and movement will be your vehicle. With over 15 years of study, I aim to guide you in a way that is intentional, intelligent, and intuitive.
I utilize anatomy and physiology to optimally align the body and its energy systems, depth-psychology and philosophy to unravel the symbolic and tangible experience of a yoga practice, and the intelligence of each individual body and inner-teacher to create a practice that is true to honest individual growth.
